19/P013 WELCOME BY CHAIRMAN INCLUDING ANY ANNOUNCEMENTS AND INTENTION TO RECORD NOTICE

The Chair opened the meeting and welcomed all present. There were no announcements and no intention to record.

19/P014 RECEIVE ANY APOLOGIES AND REASONS FOR ABSENCE

Apologies were received from Cllr Brooks and J Peck.

19/P015 DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS BY MEMBERS (AND EMPLOYEES) IN ITEMS ON THE AGENDA

None.

19/P016 TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL HELD ON 1 JULY 2019

The minutes were approved unanimously and signed by the Chair.

The minutes were also approved and signed for June after the amendment was included in item 1.

19/P017 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – THERE WILL BE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO MAKE COMMENTS BEFORE EACH PLANNING ITEM.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: No comments / objections had been received prior to the meeting. Discussions took place, extension close proximity to other buildings.
EPC DECISION: Edwinstowe Parish Council does not object to the proposal, however do recommend a site visit from NSDC due to proximity to flats.

Proposal: Amendment to planning permission 15/01060/FUL to insert additional lower and upper windows to the south elevation.
