Applicant: Mr Downie
Proposal: Change of use of empty buildings to form Bargain Booze convenience store on ground floor (A1) and wine tasting bar on first floor (A4)
Site Address: Units 3, 4 and 5, 2 Church Street, Edwinstowe
EPC DECISION: Application supported with 2 votes for and 1 vote against. However the Parish Council would draw the NSDC Planning Department to the serious concerns we and residents have about parking, access and highways issues.

Applicant: Mr Downie
Proposal: Illuminated (back lit) fascia/wall mounted signs

EPC DECISION: Support application, but signage must be in keeping with the conservation area i.e. no neon, internally lit signs.
