18/P001 WELCOME BY CHAIRMAN INCLUDING ANY ANNOUNCEMENTS AND INTENTION TO RECORD NOTICE

The Clerk opened the meeting and called for nominations for Chairman for the ensuing year. Cllr J Peck nominated Cllr Tattersall, Cllr Troop seconded. There were no other nominations. Approved 2 for 1 against.

18/P002 WELCOME BY CHAIRMAN INCLUDING ANY ANNOUNCEMENTS AND INTENTION TO RECORD NOTICE

The Chair welcomed all present. No recording.

Approved unanimously.

The minutes were approved unanimously and signed by the Chair.
