Proposal: Reserved matters application for residential development of 28 dwellings following outline approval for up to 35 dwellings (reference 16/00313/OUTM)
Address: Land to the rear of Ollerton Road, Edwinstowe, Notts
Concerns raised by residents in relation to access. After discussion it was unanimously agreed to ask NSDC Planners to give serious consideration to views expressed by residents (copy of resident’s letter to be sent to NSDC) and ask that these matters be addressed.

Proposal: Reserved matters application attached to planning permission 16/00337/OUTM for the residential development of 28 affordable dwellings and associated landscaping and parking
Address: Former Miners Welfare Institute, Fourth Avenue, Edwinstowe, Notts
It was agreed that the area needs developing. After discussion it was unanimously agreed to ask NSDC Planners to consider including bungalows as there is a shortage of bungalows in Edwinstowe for elderly and disabled residents. Edwinstowe Parish Council believes there should be a S106 contribution towards play facilities on Fourth Avenue. Parking at the site was also discussed.
