Home-Start Dukeries is part of a national charity which recruits local volunteers to help support familes with young children in their own homes. If you are experiencing difficult times and have at least one child under 5, Home-Start could help you.

Home-Start Dukeries is always looking for volunteers who are parents themselves and in return for a few hours a week, we will give you an interesting preparation course, generous travel expenses and loyalty bonuses. Volunteering can be the first foot on the ladder towards gaining a job and it will give you a lot of satisfaction to know that you have helped someone.
